Christchurch earthquake business pledges

The Ministry of Civil Defence is providing this pledge service to enable communities and businesses to work together and help Christchurch on the road to recovery.

Businesses and not-for-profits are encouraged to show their support by pledging goods and/or services of use to other businesses or the community of Christchurch. This pledge site is specifically designed for pledges of goods or services that Civil Defence can organise logistics for (ie arrange distribution to a specific community need).

If you want to donate money please do so either through the Christchurch Earthquake Appeal organised by the NZ Government or through the New Zealand Red Cross

If you have small-scale goods and services that do not require logistical support for distribution then you are best to use the informal Trade Me site: Christchurch Earthquake Support

This webpage is for pledges of SUPPORT through goods and services. If you have a particular NEED then phone 0800 779 997.

Information from this web portal is collated by Civil Defence Emergency Management staff to match needs identified by the many agencies working on earthquake recovery in Christchurch.
